Who we are
This website is operated by Apply Logic Ltd (“ApplyLogic”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08051086. Our registered office is 9 Ridgeway, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 4BW. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. What we collect and why
Contact form
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any company, phone number and message you choose to give us. We use this to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about the work you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to, taking steps towards a contract with you.
The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and emails it to us. Formspree acts as our processor; see the Formspree privacy policy.
Job applications
If you apply for a role by emailing careers@applylogic.co.uk we hold your application and CV to assess your suitability and to contact you about the process. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move around. This helps us improve the site. Analytics runs only after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see changing your choice).
Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Data is processed with IP addresses truncated and we do not use it for advertising. Google’s own use of the data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Server and security logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses and request data to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. This is necessary for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changing your cookie choice
You can change your mind at any time. Resetting your choice stops analytics immediately and shows the cookie notice again so you can decide afresh. To also remove any existing Google Analytics cookies, clear cookies for applylogic.co.uk in your browser settings.

How long we keep data
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted.
- Job applications: for the duration of the recruitment process, then deleted unless you agree to us keeping your details for future roles.
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reports remain. Cookies expire as listed above.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Formspree, Google, Cloudflare) who process it on our behalf, and where the law requires us to. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these rights email info@applylogic.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
